“The Journey Has Been Long but Rewarding.“
My path to launching Northbound Resource wasn’t traditional. It was earned through challenge, survival, and years of hands-on experience in high-stakes environments.
I began my career in emergency services, earning a degree in EMS and serving as a State of Florida Paramedic and Firefighter. Those early years taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly in chaos, and make critical decisions that truly mattered.
Later, I transitioned into business, earning a Bachelor of Science in Supervision and Management with honors from Broward College. I became Six Sigma certified, pursued project management training, and went on to close over $30,000,000 in commercial real estate deals in Florida. These weren’t just numbers, they were real people, complex negotiations, and strategic outcomes.
Then, life took a sharp turn. A traumatic accident nearly ended it all. The recovery process was long and humbling but it gave me perspective, purpose, and a renewed commitment to doing meaningful work with people who value integrity, resilience, and results.
Northbound Resource exists because I believe in connecting the right people to the right places not just to fill a seat, but to change the trajectory of a business. I approach recruiting like I approached every other challenge in my life: fully invested, highly focused, and determined to deliver.
